Comprehensive renovation and remodeling of the entire campus to provide improved facilities meeting Orange County Public Schools' Design Guidelines and educational program requirements. The project scope includes all renovations needed to address current deficiencies and to upgrade all building and site facilities, systems and finishes at or near the end of their useful life, and design capacity. The scope also provides for remodeling of existing spaces to support current programs, identified functional equity space needs, life safety, and accessibility requirements. In addition, the project may also include demolition of existing buildings which will be replaced with new construction. Construction will occur on an occupied campus. Scope will include any temporary facilities and classrooms required to support construction phasing.
