This is a solicitation for the building 9118 demolition requirement for Dyess AFB. SITE VISIT: There will be an optional site visit for this requirement on April 14th, 2025 at 1:30PM (CST). To attend the site visit, you must RSVP by April 7th, 2025 at 10:00AM (CST). Dyess AFB is not an open base, and attendees must have a valid ID or contractor pass to access the base. Prime contractors who do not have the necessary identification to enter the base must arrange witht the contracting office to be sponsored on the base. Send requests for base access via email to 2LT Abigail Noe at abigail.noe.1@us.af.mil at least three (3) business days before requested access. It is your responsibility to confirm that someone will be available to vouch you onto the base. Subcontractors must request access through their prime contractor POC. Please ensure you are registered as a small business under the assigned NAICS for this requirement. Any large business proposals will not be considered under this solicitation. This solicitation is not authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the offeror associated with developing a proposal. The Government reserves the right not to award a contract in response to this solicitation. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance of this requirement, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer with appropriate consideration established. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. Project Description: The Contractor shall furnish all demolition, layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, shoring, tools, fencing and incidentals and performing all operations in connection with the demolition of Building 9118. Base bad 1 - Bldg 91.18 has an approximate total square footage of 1.729. This project will demolish in its entirely to include concrete slabs and foundations to a depth of three feet below existing grade elevation. This will also include, but not limited to the following: sidewalks. drives, utilities, select till, tops of structural concrete piers & pier caps, steel reinforcing, wood framing. gypsum board, masonry. transite panels, doors, frames, windows, caulking, gypsum & lay-in ceilings/grid, floors, carpet tile, plumbing lines & fixtures, accessories, furniture, insulation, wood & metal framing. HVAC units, ducting & registers, piping, pumps, electrical panels, conduit, wiring, lighting. transformers, gas lines & meters, roofing, flashing. etc
