The Department's Intent is to Issue a Notice to Proceed for Work to Start on or About May 12, 2025. Question Deadline 04/07/2025 Questions: E-mail Questions to; Dot-ask@delaware.gov Questions Regarding This Project Are to Be E-mailed to the Above Address No Less Than Six Business Days Prior to the Bid Opening Date in Order to Receive a Posted Response This Contract is to Provide the Material, Equipment and Labor for the Maintenance and Alteration of Signalized Intersections, Signal Coordination Systems, Pedestrian Signals and Other Traffic Components or Devices Statewide. The Work Includes Both on-call Emergencies and Maintenance Repairs. Follow Other Incidental Construction In Accordance With the Location, Notes and Details Shown on the Plans, and as Directed by the Engineer. Location: the Specific Work Sites Are Not Listed Herein but Will Be Scheduled by Issuance of Work Orders by the Engineer. Work Orders Will Indicate the Work to Be Performed at Each Site and the Calendar Days for Completion. Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Deposit of Either Surety Bond or Security for a Sum Equal to at Least 10% of the Amount Bid. Performance-based Rating System - 29 Del.c. $6962 (C)(12)(a) Requires Deldot to Include a Performance-based Rating System for Contractors.
