Enclosed please find the procurement packet for your review and consideration. Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 welcomes and appreciates your participation in the procurement process. The Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 will be accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified State of Texas registered Professional Surveying firms in order to establish a pre-qualified pool of Surveying Services on an "As Needed Basis" per project for all Drainage District projects and/or applicable Programs and/or Entities requiring said services as set forth in the requirements. Upon approval and acceptance by Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 Board of Directors, the term of the pre-qualified pool of Surveying will be for a period of Five (5) years. Question Submission Deadline: March 19, 2025, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline: March 21, 2025, 5:00pm Questions must be submitted via the PORTAL'S Question and Answer Tab (Q&A) The Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 will be accepting Statements of Qualifications from Professional Surveying (firms) in order to establish a pre-qualified pool on an "AS NEEDED BASIS" per project by the Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 Professional Surveying Services Poolas set forth in the requirements. Upon approval and acceptance by the Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 Board of Directors, the term of the pre-qualified "Pool" will be for a period of three (3) years, or upon completion of project(s). Hidalgo County anticipates accepting all qualified firms to our Pool. No award can be made until approved by Hidalgo County Commissioners Court. This RFQ does not obligate Hidalgo County to the eventual purchase of any product and/or service described, implied or which may be proposed. Progress toward this end is solely at the discretion of Hidalgo County, and may be terminated at any time prior to execution of an agreement. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
