Mcallen Southwest Water Plant Roof Repair Question Deadline 04/07/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Electronic Submission A. The Southwest Water Treatment Plant is located at 2501 W Expressway 83, McAllen, TX 78503. Zef Mendoza, Project Manager/Coordinator, is the Owner's Representative and may be contacted regarding any questions or for a pre-bid job site inspection, phone 956-867-7599. B. The project consists of installing Carlisle's FleeceBACK RapidLock (RL) Sure-Weld (TPO) white 115-mil membrane attached with Velcro(R) Brand Securable Solutions as outlined below: Apply the FleeceBACK RL TPO Roofing System in conjunction with a top layer of 1/2" SecurShield HD RL insulation and predesigned Carlisle Tapered Insulbase insulation with a minimum R-30 overall. The existing 3" gravel BUR pitch roof will be a complete tearoff to expose the concrete decking for verification of suitable substrate as specified in this specification.
