Site work for a civil project in Portland, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Portland, Texas hereby issues this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"). The City is seeking qualified engineering firms interested in providing engineering services. The sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) must be submitted as instructed in the RFQ and clearly marked on the outside "RFQ 6187 for Engineering Services for a New 1,000,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank and Water System Upgrades" along with the respondent's name, address and phone number. Any Requests for Clarification (questions & inquiries) concerning the RFQ must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Officer before 3:00 p.m. (CT) on March 27, 2025, via email request to john.elizondo@portlandtx.gov. The City reserves the right to terminate this process and cancel or modify this solicitation at any time. Earliest Projected Date of award of Contract May 6, 2025 Earliest Anticipated Notice to Proceed (NTP) May 9, 2025 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
