Site work for a road / highway in Echo, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Umatilla County Public Works Department is requesting quotes for drilling and blasting of the Ransier pit North of I-84 at the intersection of Stage Gulch and Wells Station Roads. The project will consist of 15,000 C.Y. of solid material; holes should be 3.5" in diameter drilled on 8' centers or equivalent. The plan is to continue West from the current wall location.
