As of April 7, 2025, per addendum 2, the question deadline has been changed from April 4, 2025 to April 9, 2025. The bid date has been extended from April 10, 2025 to April 16, 2025. Contractor's name and Alabama License number must be printed on the outside of each sealed bid. Bidder instructions, including meeting schedules and contractor questionnaire details, are provided in the bid documents. The Project involves +/-8,500sf of office fit up and renovation of corridors and restrooms in an existing 4-story, sprinkled building of Type ll-B construction. The Scope consists of stud walls, millwork / casework, ceilings, finishes, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. The Work includes selective demolition of walls, fixtures, finishes, and cabinets. The Project will be constructed on the Second Floor (Finance and Information Technology Departments) of the Huntsville Utilities Downtown Facility located at 112 Spragins Street, Huntsville, AL 35801. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to perform the Renovation of the Finance & IT Area called for under this contract in a timely, safe, and professional manner. Bidder Qualification Forms concerning capabilities to perform the work must be submitted at the bid opening. Bids will be accepted only from qualified General Contractors licensed by the State of Alabama. Only bids of such Contractors who are licensed prior to the date of the bid opening will be considered. the contractor's bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, will be required to accompany each contractor's bid. The Contractor shall submit in the bid package, the requested information included on the form, "Unauthorized Aliens Affidavit" as shown in the specifications.
