Renovation of a municipal facility in Chelsea, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 25A, 11C, will receive electronic proposals from qualified firms interested in providing design and installation for HVAC Heat Pump Roof Top Units, Chelsea Administration Building in Chelsea MA, MWRA. The Work includes: the installation of new HVAC roof top units with heat pump technology with a control system and all necessary and related equipment and removal of old units; duct cleaning; training, and furnishing of the tools, materials, superintendence, labor, skills and all other items necessary to install such at the named facility. Each proposal must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) showing that the proposer has the classification and capacity rating to perform the Work, and an Update Statement. In order to be eligible to propose, a proposer must be certified in either of the following categories of work. This contract is not subject to MBE and WBE participation requirements.
