The City of Savannah The City of Savannah is requesting Statements of Qualification to provide facility master planning services. Q And A Open15/03/2025 17:30:00 - Q And A Close02/04/2025 21:30:00. Bid Bond Require - No. The City of Savannah Purchasing Department is soliciting qualified firms to provide facility master planning services. The goal is a planning document that will assist and guide the City Manager and staff on the projected timing, facility type, facility scope/programming, facility size and other requirements, as well as the projected requisite capital investment needed to meet the projected demand for staff facilities during the next twenty years (from 2025 to 2045). The focus will be on assessing the need for new and/or expanded general office, warehouse, and public safety (police and fire) facilities (collectively the "Target Facilities") over time to meet the service delivery demands of a growing population. Electronic responses will not be accepted. All proposers shall demonstrate that they have the knowledge, ability, skills, and resources to provide such services in accordance with the terms and requirements of this agreement. The scope of work will be based on hourly rates of contract and a not to exceed overall price. The recommended award will be made after all bids have been evaluated. The City of Savannah reserves the right to reject all proposals/bid in its sole discretion. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities at its sole discretion. The City will allow sub-consultants for this project, subject to City approval.
