The City desires the Contractor to perform mowing and maintenance on said Properties for a period of thirty-one (31) weeks beginning April 1, 2025, through October 31, 2025. LOCATION OF PROPERTIES TO BE MOWED: Contractors shall perform mowing,weed eating, and other maintenance at the following properties: Water plant premises, water tank premises, right-of-way Upper Ferry Road, lot around Walton Cemetery, right-of-way Myers Bottom, right-of-way Breezy Lane, lot at Hospital Drive, and Bypass, right-of-way TSC, right-of-way Moss Street, Walking Track and Dog Park premises, lot at corner of Industrial Drive and Hackett Drive, two FEMA lots on Jefferson Ave., West Jefferson to McCalls warehouse on Swope Road, lot at Cordell Hull Bridge and sloped side, lot around gazebo on Main Street, island in Museum Parking lot, lot around and behind Firehall, lot across from Firehall, basketball court on Spring Street, lot at boat ramp and old water intake building(light house), City Park, Sewer Lift Station, Elementary School, Buck Kings, and Drain on Jefferson Avenue. EQUIPMENT AND FUEL: Contractors shall furnish all their equipment which is to be used in the maintenance/mowing of said properties and Contractors shall furnish their own fuel.Contractors shall demonstrate ownership of adequate equipment or intent to purchase adequate equipment upon a successful bid. MAINTENANCE TO BE PERFORMED: Contractors shall perform all mowing, weed eating, and other maintenance as needed, including but not limited to, blowing all grass awayfrom any public street or sidewalk; and the grass shall not be allowed to reach more than eight(8) inches in height. Each maintenance of total properties herein named must be proved within seven (7) to ten (10) consecutive days.
