SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE SUPPLY CONTRACT NO. 2025-Sodium Hypochlorite The project principally consists of furnishing and delivering up to 1,000,000 gallons of sodium hypochlorite to the GCUA. The GCUA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in any bid received and to accept the bid or bids which in their judgment, price and other factors considered, will best serve the interests of the GCUA. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 laws against discrimination because of race, religion, sex, color, etc. The GCUA reserves the right to award a one-year, two-year, or one-year with a GCUA option to extend for one-year, non-exclusive contracts to any bidder or bidders or to such other suppliers as permitted by law. Notice is hereby given that Sodium Hypochlorite is a critical component of the GCUA Wastewater Treatment Facility and bidder shall be required to deliver product ordered within three (3) business days,not counting the date of order, Sundays or federal holidays or may be subject to Liquidated Damages
