Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Altamont, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION Miracle on the Mountain Play Outside Park includes the construction of a new +-810 LF entry drive, 74 space parking lot, ADA compliant sidewalks, restroom, a 30'x50' pavilion, a 20'x35' pavilion, and utilities. The Owner will do tree clearing, mass grading, and fencing. A playground, splashpad, and site furnishings will be provided and installed by others. This project is being completed with LPRF grant funding. THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS IS RESERVED This project is funded by a Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) Local Parks and Recreation Fund (LPRF) grant.
