This is a traffic management supply contract for cones, barricades, signage, etc. The original solicitation follows below. __________________________________________________________________________________ Description : Rehabilitation or Replacement County: Salt Lake This Project Requires Using the Electronic Certified Payroll Program. See Attachment to Notice to Contractors. Additional information may be secured at the office of the Utah Department of Transportation, (801) 965-4635. After the evaluations and final determination of proposals are complete, the State will award the contract as soon as practicable to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, subject to Section 63G-6a-709(2) This is A P+T (Price + Time) Project. This Project is Tied to F-lc35(0)0 The Department Will Not Hold Retention on This Project. Per Utah State Code $ 13-8-5 (1) Prime Contractors Cannot Hold Retention. Refer to Utah Code $ 13-8-5 (1) for More Information. DBE Goal: 6.00 Wage Rates: Apply Engineer's Estimate: Greater than $1.5M but less than or equal $3M Each bidder must submit an electronic bid bond from an approved surety company using UDOT's Bidding Business System or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Utah Department of Transportation, showing evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved. As required, a contractor's license must be obtained from the utah department of commerce to work on UDOT projects as defined from the division of professional licensing UTDOT - BFP: South SLC Bridge Replacement 035126F *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
