Renovation of a municipal facility in Dayton, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Montgomery County Ohio is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from highly experienced and professional architectural/engineering (A/E) firms to conduct an existing-conditions survey, program development, design formulation, development of plans and specifications, and assist in construction administration and observation for the Montgomery County Reibold Building Elevators Modernization Project. Qualifications received may be retained in a file maintained by the Owner for design professional qualifications unless the firm specifically requests not to be included in this file; each firm is requested to provide annual updates to the qualifications to keep them current. The file may be used for projects or design needs for which design fees are estimated to be less than $50,000.00. Prior to selection, Montgomery County reserves the right to interview candidates that have met the submission criteria. Registered Professional Engineer credentials are required and must be presented at the time your SOQ is submitted. If this requirement is not met and clearly identified in the SOQ, your SOQ will be considered non-responsive. The selected firm will be required to complete the items in the SCOPE OF WORK contained in the Main Documents.
