Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dothan, Alabama. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of mobilization, demolition and disposal of all material, backfill, site safety, clean up, traffic control, and site stabilization. Also included is the restoration of the area to a stable uniform ground surface by grading and grassing of the site. The structure is a multi-story brick building, and a concrete parking lot located at 227 N. Oates Street. The contractor shall perform work in a manner to maintain the integrity of all nearby and adjacent structures and utilities. All other questions, to include specifications or technical information, please contact the City Department that is requesting the bid. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
