PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project includes but is not limited to the removal of the existing direct-fired natural gas rooftop make-up-air unit and replace with a standard efficiency packaged gas heating and DX cooling rooftop unit with return air that serves the drill area per Attachment B Technical Specifications and Attachment C Plans and Drawings. All removed material shall be salvaged to Owner The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes only: $95,000 to $120,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. PROJECT COMPLETION DATES: PROJECT START DATE: 15 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: 210 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed FINAL COMPLETION: 240 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed Failure to complete the Project known as Pendelton Armory HVAC Upgrade Project by the Substantial Completion date indicated in Section 3 of this agreement will result in damage to the State of Oregon. As a result, the Contractor shall provide and maintain, at no cost to the State, commercial grade temporary heating and cooling sufficient in size and capabilities for the Pendleton Armory as detailed in Attachment B Technical Specifications and Attachment C Plans and Drawings and any residual requirements directly related to the HVAC system being inoperable. The Contractor shall provide this service for each calendar day in excess of the Substantial Completion Date until the Project is 100% complete and accepted by the Owner.
