Metal Culverts Supply Furnish the County With Metal Culverts. Price Quotations For a One (1) Year Supply From Date of Letting Are Desired on the Following: Metal All Sizes Corrugated Metal Pipe, Corrugated Metal Bands and Flared End Sections. All Types Corrugated Metal Pipe Including Spiral, Riveted and Arched Pipe. All Types of Coatings: Galvanized, Aluminized and Poly Coated Pipe. F.o.b. Any Quantity to Any Point in Barnes County The Bidder Must Specify Average Delivery Time. A Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Separate Envelope on the Outside Containing a Bidder's Bond in a Sum Equal To Five Percent (5%) of the Full Amount Of the Bid. This Will Be Executed by The Bidder as Principal, and Executed By a Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in This State as a Guarantee That the Bidder Will Enter Into the Contract if It is Awarded to Him, and That He Will Furnish the Necessary Bond. When the Bid is Ten Thousand Dollars Or Less, the Bidder May in Lieu of Such Bond Accompany the Bid With a Separate Envelope Containing a Certified Or Cashier's Check Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Full Amount of the Bid. This Payment Must Be Made Payable to the Board. The Board Has AuThority and Direction to Endorse, De-Posit, and Receive the Face Amount of The Certified or Cashier's Check as Liquidated Damages, Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into the Contract. The Board of County Commissioners Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Informalities in Any Bid, And to Accept the Bids Deemed to Best Serve the Interest of the County.
