Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fircrest, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This Contract provides for the improvement of approximately 2,200 LF of Claremont St to include pavement grind and overlay, pavement repair, channelization, sidewalk and curb ramp replacement to ADA standards, utility grade adjustment, minor storm drain, improvements, vegetation removal and all related work as shown on. the Plans and as described in the Project Manna 1.
