Site work for a civil project in Mount Vernon, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
** As of May 15, 2025, project was awarded to Koberstein Contracting, Inc. , awarded amount is $4,627,457 ** The project consists of the replacement of approximately 4,440 linear feet of existing 12" force main from the Water Street Lift Station to the Mill Creek Dry Weather Lift Station with 18" force main, the replacement of approximately 5,680 linear feet of the existing 18" force main from the Mill Creek Dry Weather Lift Station to the WWTP with 24" force main. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. Electronic bidding documents are also available upon request and receipt of payment. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The cut off to submit questions is on April 10th at 4:00 P.M. CST Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
