Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Tumwater, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 19,500-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a 3,800-square-foot educational facility; 19,500-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project includes repainting portions of the exte-rior walls, gutters, downspouts, and trim, along with minor sid-ing and trim replacement, all as indicated in the documents. The approximate total square footage of painting is as follows: Building A 19,500 sf, Building B-3,800 sf, and Building C-19,500 sf. The project also includes installation of a new 6'-0" high security fence and7-0" high gates. Site work includes limited demolition of concrete walks and paving, CMU seat wall and landscaping includ-ing shrubs and tree removal. At Building A, the existing compo-sition shingle roof covering and underlayment will be removed and replaced.
