Renovation of a municipal facility in Franklin, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Boiler Replacement Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amountof ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000, payable unconditionally to Franklin Township, alongwith a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for full amount of bid price from a Surety Company authorized todo business in the State of New Jersey and that said Surety will furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of100% of successful bidder's contract. *All Bid Addenda and bid tabulations will be issued on the website athttps://www.franklintwpnj.org/ and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A 40A: 11-23(c). All interested respondents shouldcheck the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of alladdenda related to this procurement. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 etseq
