The Project is generally described as follows: Parking lot renovations to Judson Middle School at 9695 Schaefer Road, Converse, TX 78109. Construction includes removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, concrete flatwork, signage and striping, and all other work as indicated in the contract documents. The Project must be complete and ready for occupancy not later than August 1, 2025 (BASE BID) assuming that the successful Offeror is given notice of its top ranking on or before April 18, 2025. Any proposal must provide for final completion by this date. Alternately, Offerors are asked to submit the number of calendar days required for completion of the Work, if completion of the Work shall be prior to such date. Offerors are advised that The Project is subject to liquidated damages in the amount of $1,250.00 per day for each day's delay in the Substantial Completion of the Work. A proposal bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Proposal, plus all additive alternatives, if applicable, shall be attached to the Proposal Form. All questions concerning this Proposal must be received no later than 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. Inquiries should be identified by title, date, proposal number, and should be submitted and posted to Judson ISD Public Purchase site. Judson ISD will then forward all inquiries to the Architect. Inquiries sent in any other format and/ or any other party will not be considered.
