The scope of the work consists of procurement, site work and construction of two (2) park shelters at Cobbs Hill, and the procurement and installation of (1) shelter at Maplewood Nature Center: Cobbs Hill Shelters: 1. Furnish, install, maintain, and remove project construction signage. 2. Furnish, install, maintain, remove, and dispose of erosion control mitigation measures. 3. Furnish and install tree protection for existing trees designated to remain. 4. Demolition and disposal off-site of asphalt and all other items required to complete work. 5. Saw cutting of existing pavements. 6. Furnish and install (2) park shelters at with concrete pads and helical piles. 7. Furnish and install bollards and signage 8. Construct new pavements and associated striping including concrete sidewalk and asphalt parking and associated striping. 9. Earthwork including unclassified excavation and disposal, topsoil stripping, stockpiling and spreading. 10. Fine grading and seeding of all disturbed areas. 11. There is one (1) DEDUCT Alternate for the concrete shelter slab Maplewood Nature Center Shelter: 1.
