Reference Number 0000380216 consultant to assist the City Engineer with EPA Lead and Cooper Rule Revision (LCRR) compliance, including completing the final lead service line inventory (LSLI). In addition, the city is requesting collaboration with development of its Lead Service Line Replacement Program (LSLRP), Sampling Monitoring Program, Public Notification/ Education/Outreach, and other components of LCRR compliance. EPA's proposed Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI) will direct the consultant's scope of work. Data gathering and project planning will include, to the maximum extent practicable, the steps that are anticipated to be necessary if the proposed LCRI changes are adopted on October 16, 2024. All work under this contract must comply with the requirements of this funding source.
