Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of April 22, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on May 8th, 2025. Remove face brick as required to remove deteriorated flashing at window lintels/shelf angles. Neutralize rust at exposed areas of lintels/shelf angles and provide new flashing/weep holes in the masonry wall and replace face brick. Rake deteriorated masonry control joints and prepare for new backer rod and caulk cove. Bidder will be required to provide Bid Security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount Bid Security, in the amount stipulated in the Request for Bids, payable to the Owner, and in the form of a certified check, The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bidding, and to award contract in Owner's best interests.
