Neumann Park Project Bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's or certified check, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Should a bid bond be submitted, the bid bond shall be payable to the Fon Du Lac Park District. Questions must be emailed to aelmore@dka-design.com, with "Fon Du Lac Farm Park" in the subject line. No questions will be addressed after 5:00 PM (CST), on April 10th, 2025. Minority and Women Owned Businesses are highly encouraged to participate. The Fon Du Lac Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the Park District. Only bids in compliance with the provisions of the specifications will be considered.
