Estimated Budget: Port Houston's estimated budget for the Project is $16,00,000. Provide General Contractor as Construction Manager-at-Risk ("CMAR") services for the Central Maintenance Building at Turning Basin Terminal (the "Project"). The scope of this project is to construct a new maintenance and repair building. (~54,000 sqft PEMB) at the Turning Basin Terminal. This would consist of shops needed for metal work, plumbing and electrical repairs. This would also consist of bays for vehicular repairs. Additionally, the facility will have the central stores, plumbing and HVAC stores.
