Renovation of a parking garage in Fort Myers, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a four-story above grade parking garage.

PROJECT: City of Ft Myers City of Palms Parking Garage Renovation Wharton-Smith, Inc. is proudly the Construction Manager serving the City of Ft Myers and is soliciting proposals from prequalified subcontractors for the construction of City of Ft Myers City of Palms Parking Garage Renovation. The project consists of an existing four (4) story parking garage in need of various restoration and renovation efforts, including, but not limited to selective demolition, caulking replacements, barrier cable railing replacements, concrete patches/repairs, painting, expansion joint repairs, traffic coating repairs and topping slab pour backs.
