Unit must have a 40-gallon capacity, manual tilt, solid state thermostat, thermostat & ignition indicator, electronic ignition, high temp safety cut-off, removable pour strainer, spring assisted cover, 304 SS with tubular legs, adjustable bullet front feet and flanged rear feet. Equipment Specifications: Blodgett Tilt Skillet Model No. BLT-40G or its equivalent. Single Phase 120 Volt. 60 Cycle, 2.0 Amps Gas Type - Natural. Manifold Pressure 3.5 IN. W.C. BTU/HR Total 100,000. 304 Stainless Steel Construction with Adjustable Feet. All proposed replacement units must have equivalent dimensions enabling a direct fit into the existing location of the current Blodgett unit that is being replaced .
