Improvements to the Village's water system including the construction of new water distribution mains, water service laterals, curb and corporation stops, meter pits, fire hydrants, valves, new transmission main from the Village's well No. 3 to water treatment building, as well as the removal of the existing steel water storage tank and construction of a new precast prestressed concrete storage tank, installation of a new electrical service to the tank, and installation of variable frequency drives at the water treatment building. Copies are not available for pickup at the Issuing Office. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid submission time or any publicized postponement thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. If a pre-bid conference is held, prospective bidders will be notified of the date and time of the pre-bid conference via addendum.
