This entire packet must be included with your bid. The Board of Education reserves its right to waive any informalities relative to this bid and to reject any and all bids. Any bid submitted will be binding for 90 days subsequent to the date of the bid opening. Included is a copy of Bid Acknowledgement Form, Bid Form No Bid Form currently in RFP, Declaration, Corporate Resolution, Non-Collusive Bidding Certification and General Bid Conditions. Please read all parts of this bid specification carefully. In addition to the General Conditions, the following is to be considered: 1. The lowest bid submitted meeting all of the specifications will be considered by the Board of Education for award. 2.All prices will include delivery and providing of painting products, temporary protection, surface preparation, equipment, set-up, vertical access, painting application and clean-up at Oliver W. Winch Middle School Gymnasium located at 99 Hudson Street, South Glens Falls, NY 12803. Work shall include but not be limited to. Temporary Protection - Protect all adjacent surfaces including but not limited to wood gym floor, bleachers, basketball backboards/hoops/support mechanisms, scoreboards, windows, light fixtures and all adjacent surfaces, etc. complete. Final Clean - Gym shall be in the same state of cleanliness that was found at start of work. Gymnasium is approximately 7,500 Square Feet of floor space. Work Hours from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. No work shall begin prior to Monday, June 9, 2025 at Oliver W. Winch Middle School. Painting should be completed by the end of the day on Monday, June 30, 2025. All painting applications are to include a minimum of one-year labor warranty on product and service applications. All express and implied warranties are to be presented upon completion of services. The Board of Education has the right to reject all bids and waive all informalities.
