Site work for a mixed-use development in Pincher Creek, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

Work to be completed under this Contract includes, but not limited to, supplying all materials, equipment, products, labour, and transportation for the Cottonwood Campground - Electrical Replacement project. Work of this Contract is comprised of the following: .1 Prime Contractor responsibilities .2 Project Management and Coordination .3 Safeguarding of work areas .4 Environmental Requirements .5 Removal of Existing Pedestals and Distribution Enclosures .6 Trenching and Backfilling .7 Subgrade Preparation .8 Roadway Surfacing .9 Secondary Cable Installation .10 Junction Box Installation .11 Distribution Enclosure Installation .12 Power Pedestal Installation .13 Seeding and Hydromulch .14 Miscellaneous and incidental works. Location: Cottonwood Campground Oldman Dam Provincial Recreation Area The Contractor shall attain Interim Acceptance of the Work by the 14th day of May for Campsites 30 - 82, and by the 1st day of June for Campsites 1 - 29 in the year 2026.
