RESEARCH BRAIN BANK DESIGN BUILD This is a TWO-PHASE DESIGN BUILD ACQUISITION - ALL Qualified Offerors may submit for Phase I. After Phase I evaluation, selected Phase II Offerors will be notified by email with instruction for Phase II submission. However, Phase II information is also included in this RFP. Provide turnkey services to include all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to design and construct a RESEARCH BRAIN BANK DESIGN BUILD at the James J. Peters Bronx VA Medical Center in accordance with the VA design and construction requirements. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 and the size standard is $45.0 million. The period of performance shall be 170 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Per VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of construction is (f) between $250,000 and $500,000. This a Total Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned- Small-Business (SDVOSB) - set aside procurement. In order to be eligible for award, contractor must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) with a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and are verified/visible/certified as an SDVOSB in www.vetbiz.gov. and/or in the Dynamic Small Business (DSBS) (SBA-Dynamic Small Business Search) at the time of this procurement. Offerors must submit their annual VETS 4212 Report 852.219-75 Limitations on Subcontracting Certificate and 52.225-2 Buy American Act Certificate are a separate requirement Attached to the solicitation.
