Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Minturn, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Town of Minturn will be replacing the playground equipment at Little Beach Park in spring 2026. In preparation for this, and in alignment with other improvements being done at Little Beach Park in the fall of 2025, the current playground equipment must be removed. There is an option to demolish, however the Town is providing an opportunity to interested parties who may want to keep and make use of the existing equipment. Interested parties shall bid on the equipment with the removal cost being covered by the bidder. The estimated removal timeline will be between August 11 and August 29, 2025.
