The Toronto District School Board intends to secure Contract(s) with qualified Bidders for the Supply of Paint/Supplies for TDSB Facility Stockrooms and the Distribution Centre for the period and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below: The successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into a contract which will be effective for a firm Four (4) year period from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2029. The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to extend for Three (3) additional One (1) year periods at pricing agreed to by both parties. The terms and conditions of the extension option would remain the same as for the initial contract period.
