Reference number: 20056467 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-03-31 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected contract duration without options (in months) 18 Description The work covered by this contract is located at 350, rue des Entrepreneurs and 2100, rue des Outilleurs, in the borough of Les Rivières, for the buildings and garages of the Atelier des petits véhicules motorisés and the garage des travaux publics des Outilleurs. The mechanical systems of these two buildings are functional, but at the end of their useful life. Given the obsolescence of the air-conditioning systems, and from an energy-saving perspective, a review of the system and some related work is called for. With a view to decarbonization and energy efficiency, it was determined that it made sense to combine durability work with modernization. Under the present contract, the contractor will install the new heating systems in the buildings. The work involved in the tender project consists of, but is not limited to: - Adding partitions to create new mechanical rooms to house the new mechanical equipment; - Supply, install and connect heat-generating equipment (natural gas boilers and heat pumps) in mechanical rooms and on roofs, and ensure start-up in coordination with related disciplines; - Remove and dispose of obsolete unit heaters, repair roof and wall openings; - Install the new glycol heating network (hydronic loop); - Ensure start-up in coordination with related disciplines and the supplier of new units; - Supply, install and connect new air heaters; - Dismantle, add and adjust control points, connect equipment to the control system. - For more details, see the technical specifications and plans in the annex.
