Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chilliwack, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project will focus on creating support and learning spaces within nine (9) of Fraser Health's acute sites, Abbotsford Regional Hospital (ARH), Chilliwack General Hospital (CGH), Delta Hospital (DH), Eagle Ridge Hospital (ERH), Langley Memorial Hospital (LMH), Mission Memorial Hospital (MMH), Peace Arch Hospital (PAH), Ridge Meadows Hospital (RMH), and Surrey Memorial Hospital (SMH). Renovations will range from single room conversions to shell space fit outs. An initial scope assessment has been completed with proposed solutions for 7 of the 9 locations. These solutions are to be further validated through consultant assessments. TIMELINE: Fraser Health Authority (Health Organization) is seeking Expressions of Interest from Proponents who are interested in responding to a detailed Request for Proposal for Prime/Architectural Services for the Simon Fraser University (SFU) Learning Spaces within Fraser Health Authority (FHA). The Health Organization, at its discretion, may select a single or multiple Proponent(s) to respond to a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP). If the Health Organization requires an RFP, it may limit further consideration to only those submitting a response to this Request for Expression of Interest. Further update in summer 2025. To: All architectural firms prequalified by the Health Authorities for acute care projects greater than $1M.
