Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Williams Area office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide water monitoring, maintenance and repair services of existing Greens and/Activated Carbon pretreatment system and Reverse Osmosis System in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. License Requirement: Contractors State License Board C-55 and T-2 Treatment Operator Certificate and a D-1 Distribution Operators Certificate issued by the California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), Division of Drinking Water.
