Renovation of a museum in South Pass City, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
This project will consist of roof framing and foundation reinforcement, reroofing, and straightening/reinforcement of the original log walls to preserve this historic building. Bidding questions shall be submitted on online by 11:00 a.m. MT on March 6, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on online or in the form of a written addendum posted on online by 3:00 p.m. MT on March 13, 2025. Questions received after 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time on March 6, 2025, will not be addressed. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
