As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** Sealed Proposals will be received by Upper Darby School District for General Construction, Mechanical Construction (Includes Mechanical & Plumbing), and Electrical Construction for the Upper Darby High School Toilet Room Modernization Projects. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully outlined in the bidding documents. The right to waive any informality in any bid, to reject any or all bids, or to award any Contract in the best interest of the Owner is reserved 1. The Work includes, the renovation/ modernization of toilet rooms in the building to improve accessibility and ventilation. Scope for each prime contract: - General Construction: o Environmental Abatement (see scope provided by Criterion in specifications.) o Masonry, concrete infill and patching, and stud wall framing work o Doors, frames, hardware, glazed openings, etc. o Finish work including (but not limited to) tile, casework, ceiling, flooring, painting, etc. Including painting of HVAC and electrical work as required o Toilet room accessories and partitions o All lintel and structural work as required for wall, floor, and ceiling openings (additional information included in Addendum 1 for Highland Park) o Temporary fire-protection, dust control, and toilet facilities for all primes as required (toilet facilities for contractors are only anticipated at Highland Park) o Final cleaning and restoration - Mechanical Construction: o HVAC and plumbing fixtures o Water, sanitary, gas, etc. piping o Mechanical testing, adjusting, balancing, and controls o Slab trenching as required (only anticipated at High School) o Temporary water service as required -Electrical Construction: o Power Question Deadline 03/24/2025 Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing and addressed and forwarded to the Architect's Office. No inquiry received within three (3) days of the date fixed for opening of bids will be given consideration
