Reference Number 0000289505 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/04 12:00:00 PM MDT Bid Intent Deadline 2025/04/04 11:59:00 PM MDT Cleaning windows, cleaning solar panels, and high dusting areas above eleven (11) feet throughout the Edmonton International Airport facilities. This shall include the provision of all necessary materials, equipment, qualified labour and supervision as required. Services shall be procured by Edmonton Airports on an as requested basis. The Service Provider will be provided a Work Order for each service to be performed prior to the start of the work that will be signed by an Edmonton Airports appointed representative. Edmonton Regional Airports Authority (“Edmonton Airports”) is requesting proposals from qualified proponents to provide interior and exterior window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and high dusting services at the Edmonton International Airport. Services will be procured on an as requested basis. Services are anticipated to start on May 1, 2025, and will be for a term of three (3) years with one optional extension term of up to two years. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
