Submission of Questions April 4, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. EST Answers to Questions Released April 11, 2025 Award : May 9, 2025 Work includes, but is not limited to, upgrading electrical equipment, and other work described in the Project Manual. Contractor shall be provided storage space to stage materials PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS: As a condition of award payment and performance bonds for 100% of the Contract Award Amount shall be furnished for the Work. BID GUARANTEE: A bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the base bid amount is required. Failure of the bidder to provide a bid guarantee shall render the bid non-responsive. Acceptable forms of bid guarantee are: A bid bond or postal money order, or certified check or cashier's check made payable to the Municipal Housing Authority for the City of Yonkers. The Owner shall return bid guarantees (other than bid bonds) to unsuccessful bidders as soon as practicable, but not sooner than the execution of a contract with the successful bidder. The successful bidder's bid guarantee will be returned to the successful bidder with its official notice to proceed with the work of the contract. 1. Demolition ofExisting Distribution Panels 2.
