Site work and new construction of a military facility in Kapolei, Hawaii. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

Design/Build project to construct a C130J Tension Membrane Hangar at USCG Air Station Barbers Point, located in Kapolei, HI. This effort includes, but is not limited to,designing and constructing a C-130J Tension Membrane Hangar and facility improvements required to operate C-130Js at ASBP. This project further includes an aviation materials office, office space, locker room, load cage to be built near the hangar and all incidental related work. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
