The Fremont Unified School District ("District") is requesting qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide full landscape architectural planning and design services for new construction, expansion, modernization, and/or renovation for projects requiring a landscape architect, and proposals for athletic field improvements at four of the District's High School (American, Mission San Jose, Kennedy, and Irvington) campuses ("Project," "Projects," or "Project(s)"). At this time the District is requesting qualifications and proposals from respondents. A pool of qualified firms may also be established for future consideration to provide architectural services for certain projects. Questions must be submitted in writing to Omid Azizi, omidazizi@fusdk12.net, on or before March 24, 2025, no later than 2:00 PM. Answers will be posted on the District website by 2:00 p.m. on March 27, 2025. Each SOQ and proposal must conform and be responsive to the requirements set forth in this RFQP. The District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in received Submittals. Further, the District reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs and to negotiate contract terms with one or more respondent firms for one or more of the work items.
