All materials delivered andapplied for the purpose of Chip & Seal for various roadsin Marion Township. Bids shall include application ofcover aggregate with a variable width stone box. Coveraggregate will be supplied by Marion Township. Bidsare to include price per gallon, all labor, materials, prebroom, post compaction, and traffic control to completethe project as specified by the Board of Marion Township Trustees. The company that is awarded the "Chip & SealBid" must provide Certificate of Liability Insurance for$1,000,000.00 with Marion Township Trustees as theCertificate Holder within seven (7) business days, andsign a Hold Harmless Agreement. The Trustees reservethe right to reject any or all bids
