Remodeling of an educational facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 80,000-square-foot educational facility.

The Project consists of the replacement of interior finishes and lighting in the corridors and select areas of Putnam City North High School as shown and described on the drawings. The project involves a remodel of approximately 80,000 square feet at Putnam City North High School. It includes new finishes in the corridors, common areas, media center, and selected offices. The project will begin on May 27th and must be finished by August 1st at the latest to facilitate move-in and preparation for the Fall 2025 semester. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following trades: selective demolition, built-in benches, upholstery, light gauge metal framing, drywall, acoustical grid ceilings, acoustic wall panels, acoustic ceiling baffles, FRP, carpet, LVT, tile, tape, bed, paint, wall covering, marker boards, tack boards, interior signage, fire sprinkler heads, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm scope of work per the plans and specifications prepared by MA+ Architecture. All bids must be submitted on Lingo Bid Form, to include all affidavits to be considered responsive. All bids totaling $50,000.00 or more must be accompanied by bid security in the form of certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of amount bid. Lingo Construction and Putnam City Schools reserve to right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all bid minor irregularities in accordance with Title 61 of Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act. Bids and bid bonds will be good for 60 days from the bid due date. Bids submitted by email, online, or facsimiles will not be accepted. All RFI's are to be submitted to Lingo Construction no later than the end of the day, Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Responses will be issued by the end of the day, Friday, April 4, 2025
