New Electrical Service Project Project shall comply with the provisions of the Federal Labor Standards Act as applicable of the CDBG Program by the United States Department of Labor, including but not limited to maintaining a labor standards compliance file consisting of the following documents: preconstruction meeting minutes, contract and subcontract(s) certifications concerning labor standards, weekly certified payroll sheets from the contractor and subcontractor certifications concerning labor standards, weekly certified payroll sheets from the contractor and subcontractor (s) and employee interview records The project must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act.
