Bid) 6,948 SY The deadline to ask questions is 4/03/2025 5:00 PM CST all questions must be submitted in writing to acotton@glstexas.com Final Addendum issued on April 4, 2025 A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid [for those contracts that exceed $100,000]. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Burnet or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. dder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in a written Notice to Proceed" of the Owner and to fully complete the project within One Hundred Twenty (120) consecutive calendar days thereafter as stipulated in the specifications. Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $300.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as hereinafter provided in the General Conditions The City of Burnet reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
