HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to clean the air ducts. The Contractor will lay down clean drop cloths over the carpet (VCT) to avoid any mess during the cleaning process. The Contractor will remove all vent covers and wash and sanitize them. The Contractor will use a large industrial vacuum that operates from the truck outside. The Contractor will run a long vacuum hose into each and every individual air duct all the way back to the unit three times. (Vacuum, brush, vacuum) The Contractor will then clean the furnace unit and run an EPA-registered sanitizer throughout the entire system to deodorize and retard any mold, mildew, fungi, or bacteria. Vent covers will be re-installed. The contractor will remove all debris and equipment from the unit and dispose of it properly. NOTE: Contractor must supply power.
